Dinedor Outdoor Centre | Terms and Conditions
All booking arrangements are made subject to the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation Fees:
All deposits are non refundable, if eight weeks or less notice of cancellation is given then the full hire charge is payable unless the Centre can be re-let.
Payments:
Full payment should be paid prior to arrival, on arrival or within 21 days of hire.
Cleaning:
Dirty or muddy footwear should not be worn inside any of the buildings.
All buildings to be left in the same clean and tidy condition they are found.
A cleaning charges of £40.00 is payable if building are found in an unclean state at the end of your stay.
Damages:
Any equipment that is damaged, lost or broken during your stay will be charged to your group.
Fires:
No open fires to be built other than in the campfire circle area.
Silent hours:
23.00 to 7.00
Personal belongings:
These are the users responsibility at all times.
Vehicle access:
Because of the narrow access road to Dinedor Outdoor Centre, we recommend that you use a minibus. Large PSV vehicles will be unable to reverse once on the road up to the Centre.
There is very limited parking at the centre so please car share.
Dinedor Outdoor Centre will not accept any responsibility for loss, theft or damage to any vehicles.
Rubbish:
All rubbish should be removed / recycled at the end of your visit.
This is your responsibility.
Smoking:
We operate a no Smoking policy at the Centre.
Responsibility:
Dinedor Outdoor Centre will not be liable for any accident, damage, loss,expense or inconvenience whether to person or property which the users may suffer arising out of or in connection with there stay. We recommend users take out there own insurance cover to insure any eventuality.
It is the responsibility of the individual leaders to safeguard their young people and to ensure that their adult staff are all CRB checked.
All Dinedor Outdoor Centre staff have enhanced CRB checks.
